    Details

    Orlando Vacation Homes had existing website; objective was to substantially increase their occupancy rate of their luxury vacation home rentals near Disney World in Orlando, Florida.

    ROI

    Pay Per Click Cost savings of ad spend $100/month for 12 months = $1,200. 15 more prospects per 12 months = 180 additional qualified prospects.

    Summary

    In August 2004, the vacation home rentals were not sold out and had a 60% occupancy. In August 2005, the rental vacation homes are sold out through one of their busy seasons Thanksgiving 2005 and 80% booked through the December 2005 holidays.
